Expecting Moms from 2 weeks - birth

Yoga class focused on coming together as a community of mamas to practice softening the body through breath and strengthening both the muscles of the body and mind.


Mamas can bring their fears and questions/concerns, it is a safe space to learn and grow together! You will hopefully find your mama tribe here.
