Chair yoga

The chair is the perfect prop when easing back into physical movement. A chair yoga class uses the chair to sit and center, to stand and balance, and as practice to lift and lower from. As your practice progresses you will have the opportunity to go further and deeper with your poses and movement. I get just as much out of a chair yoga class as I do any other form of yoga! It’s a way to modify your yoga practice or begin your yoga practice from a mindful safe place.


Chair yoga classes are 1hr long weekly with general instruction.

Private chair yoga classes

5 sessions 1hr long (weekly) with instruction specific to your individual goals and needs.

Private group sessions

Can be scheduled at well in a series or as a one time event. Usually there is a theme woven into the practice.
